We're based in Prague, but we work exclusively with global clients like adidas, CUPRA, Meta, Logitech, and Riot Games on gaming, VR, and XR experiences and campaigns. Who we are looking for?

Words and ideas are your art form. You can work with a team to come up with unexpected campaigns and ideas, and you understand how to craft tight impactful copy, whether it's for a headline, social media post, or pitch deck. Most of all, you are a good human.

What will you do?

• Creative ideation with our team against clear briefs
• Handle all copywriting for our proposal
• Copywriting on live projects
• Social media posts (for our own company)
• Oversee social media writing (for our clients)

What will you need?

• 5+ years of experience as Copywriter / Idea Maker (or in a similar position)
• Outstanding portfolio
• Crafting tight copy - Less is more. You know how hard this is, and so do we
• Inspired Creative Ideation - You understand the creative industry's definition of an "idea" and how to get there
• Pragmatic Curation - Moonshots are great (when you're pitching NASA). You also know how to fit the idea to the resources and budget required
• Highly conceptual thinking and craft skills
• Native English level writing
• Valid work permit
• Advantage:
  • Flexibility - Sometimes you'll be ideating against global campaigns, sometimes we'll need some social media copy written
  • Creative Distance - It's "the" idea, not "your" idea (even when it's your idea). Falling in love with our own ideas prevents us from manipulating and crafting them into the best they can be
